Serina

Serina has been in customer service for 20 years with 8 years in the automotive industry. She began in 2016 when she went through a rigorous Service Advisor training program (Elite Masters Program). Serina received her AMI certification upon completion of the 6 month program. She has attended several training classes over the years and networks with shop owners and advisors all over the US. Serina coaches youth basketball on her free time and loves everything outdoors from hiking to fishing and camping.  Serina is a great addition to our rockstar team!
