Serina Palumbo

Serina has been in customer service for 20 years with 8 years in the automotive industry. She began in 2016 when she went through a rigorous Service Advisor training program (Elite Masters Program). Serina received her AMI certification upon completion of the 6 month program. She has attended several training classes over the years and networks with shop owners and advisors all over the US. Serina coaches youth basketball on her free time and loves everything outdoors from hiking to fishing and camping. Serina is a great addition to our rockstar team!

  My experience at American Garage was pleasant and professional from the minute I entered their showroom, reception area, and waiting lounge. The personnel are all pleasant, well informed, and gave excellent customer service. The work on my car was thorough, efficient, and correct.   American garage is awesome. My car was hit and run on thursday night and by 10 on Friday they had a rental car for Me to take and continue my trip. They were amazing to work with. Heather was a Rockstar.

I was going thru Chinook in mid September when my truck started over heating. American garage got me in on short notice and got me back on the road hone in short order. They are fantastic.
